Vision of Happy Tao

What is the contribution of Happy Tao to the world, to you?
It’s a simple but dynamic approach to your life; not a religion, not an intellectual philosophy, nor a dogma. It is just a way of life - TAO.
Your spiritual transformation arises suddenly through Happy Tao. The art of “metanoia” is the enlightenment, the Kkedarum (in Korean language), an awakening of the true self.
We tend to rely on the image world, processed by our illusory mind, which creates a duality: You and me, High and low, Body and soul. But all these dualities are nothing but mental projections of your illusory mind. We have the illusion of living in an objective and logical way. Such is not the case.  Thus, we live in a dreamy and unfulfilling world; such an extremely monotonous life.
Life is illogical. That illogicality is the beauty and immensity of life. Beyond the illusory mind, there is a higher logic and prospective. If you solve the Kong-An (catechetic questions for Buddhist meditation) you will have a fresh perspective - dharma eye. You can experience a quite different world through different perspectives. The Source blossoms within you, and you become the Source. The bud blossoms into its true form. This is metanoia - Kkedarum.
The vision of Happy Tao is to bring a sudden metanoia – a radical shift of your life paradigm; a shift from the past to the present, from a fragmented realization to a full awakening, from the hidden to a revelation.
The messages of Happy Tao are summed up in three phrases:
·        Be the master of your own life.
·        Be open to the situation.
·        Respond from the source.
Being the master of your own life means to follow your true nature; to be fully responsible for yourself, your actions, and personal growth. Do not be misguided by social bias.
To be open to the situation means to be fully present here and now, to wholly commit.
To respond from the source means to naturally and compassionately respond to the calling of the situation. Every situation is an opportunity to grow towards your true nature, when you approach it properly with the right attitude.
Seeming barriers to being the master of your own life, are holding on to the artificial image of oneself, and being dependent too much on social values and expectations.
The barrier to being open to the situation is a fragmented commitment, caused by being stuck in emotions and trapped in thoughts.
The barrier to responding from the source, is acting mechanically, patterned and with programmed reactions.

The result of metanoia is the spontaneous blossoming of your true nature, where you can enjoy the your full potential, in a life of compassionate awareness. You have traveled such a long way to find this. You have yearned to reach this point. That elusive thing, which you are always longing for, yearning for, will become clear, vivid and alive in you.
