HAPPY YOGA THEORY

The Process.

We do each pose 3 times.
The first is a kind of warm up to prepare, steady and

soften the body. It should be simple, easy and gentle.

The second time is to develop awareness of the process

through focus on the movement. It creates a kind of space

in your mind. You should do it with some generosity or love

for yourself.

The third you do with wholeheartedness. It builds will

power to break through your limitations. The idea

cannot go further is stored in your nerves and muscles.

To expand your mind and consciousness and go past that

boundary is to develop will. Finally you let go of the

tension that creates those limitations.

3. Build will power




We start with simple postures and it builds on itself

through the creation and expansion stages. There is no need

to strive for perfect posture. The main thing is to relax

and enjoy the flow and be aware of the process.







Key Concept




You are already enough to become happy so let your happiness

flow in you. You focus on the process and by accepting this

truth you feel peace Right Now. Understanding this is

easy; but you need the postures to experience it.







Spirit/ Essence




1. Prepare for and do everything as effortlessly as

possible.

2. Do it with some generosity or love for yourself

3. Do it wholeheartedly.
